The Club Penguin Team announced the launch of the new Penguin Style Catalog and apologized for the delay. Here is what Billybob said:
First of all, I want to thank all of you for your patience yesterday when the Penguin Style catalog didn’t launch. We are really sorry for the delay and I know a lot of you were looking forward to the new T-shirts! The team was able to launch the catalog and the fireworks today and we hope you enjoy checking it out with your friends. We’re really excited to hear what you think about creating your own T-shirts in the Gift Shop!

I think the catalogue is ok. The design ur own t-shirt was definately a crowd pleaser, but original-no way!
