@pikachu before u can get it in PSA catalog clicking the black sunglasses for 1000 coins but PSA is destroyed so u cant get it again and it might come back in the future but there are alot of possibility that it will never come back again,like nearly all the pins and all party hats (including the beta hat)
u cant in herbert revenge, because theres no free time and a catalog,u get items by completing missions,but it might in the future if many peoples are very angry, u cant buy it in club penguin EPF (normal)for 1000 coins like in the online version, i hadnt have it yet,im saving a bit more coins and then buy it.i think the cp EPF will never come back,because i never saw it again
