This is Aunt Arctic. She is the editor of Penguin Times, the Club Penguin newspaper.
This is the Director of Penguin Secret Agency. He has appeared in many missions in Club Penguin and Club Penguin Elite Force. All of his pictures are censored.

You might ask, how can the editor of the Penguin Times be the leader of Secret Agents? Here is the evidence that has been found:
- All notes to secret agents are hidden in the “Ask Aunt Arctic” section of the newspaper.
- If you hover at her glasses, they become black. Just like the agent glasses:
- The first tile of the Nightclub’s Dance Floor used to say “Aunt Arctic is the Head of PSA” in Morse code. This has been checked by many penguins in the past.

They used to come up occasionally about two weeks before missions, where you could scroll over words or parts of pictures as if you were looking for secret items in the catalog, and when you click on it they would give you a secret message usually in code

It could be possible. I mean, why would the dance club tiles say “Aunt Arctic is head of the PSA” in Morse code if she wasnt? And she was in the first mision. Maybe she was trying to see if you were a good agent?

The first mission is like training. I mean, how would she know to call the PSA, and if she was just an agent, and not the lead agent giving you training, she would’ve just simply done it herself! I just found out Club Penguin is under atack!!!

It’s because we got a different newspaper. In the old one, it did go that black I looked. I checked today (which is why I came back to this post I was trying to tell these people about it so I came back here for all the facts) and it’s true it’s not AS dark but it still changes.

Since she is OBVIOUSLY the director (that’s not sarcastic), will someone send her a message saying that I have talked to almost twenty penguins (I’m not kidding I went into the Command Room and did this for real!) and MOST of them agreed with me that we should definitely bring the PSA back! It can be everything the EPF was suppose to be before the popcorn incident. And I even know how to access it XD we would go into the VR room and turn the controls to the 2008 HQ, and then we can move the VR controller to the side and it will lead us into a room fashioned like the old EPF command room, and then we can go down the thing in the table as an elevator, and it will take us back to a REAL version of the old HQ, with real working live monitors and it can mostly be used as a Herbert tracking station XD who agrees?
