@pikachu before u can get it in PSA catalog clicking the black sunglasses for 1000 coins but PSA is destroyed so u cant get it again and it might come back in the future but there are alot of possibility that it will never come back again,like nearly all the pins and all party hats (including the beta hat)
u cant in herbert revenge, because theres no free time and a catalog,u get items by completing missions,but it might in the future if many peoples are very angry, u cant buy it in club penguin EPF (normal)for 1000 coins like in the online version, i hadnt have it yet,im saving a bit more coins and then buy it.i think the cp EPF will never come back,because i never saw it again

well about tipping the iceberg only 70 penguins can be in each room
PS:there are rumors of Uncle Arctic this is false a penguin used this name but hes banned forever
PSS:i remember the first days of the stage it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO crouded! now it is very boring now very very few penguins join the stage

u can meet famous penguins
iceberg is very strong so its imposible to tip it even 100000 penguins drilling
u can get 1000 coins on jet pack game,but its hard, just finish the game without getting any coins
i dont know about anutn arctic director,but many penguins think that she is.
